Hi everyone!

My name is Karoline Lee. I am currently a sophomore undergraduate student as a Biology major on a pre-med track, although I haven't officially declared it yet. I enjoy watching television, jogging, playing sports, and having fun with friends. For a writing class I took last year, my research paper involved understanding the role media plays in how a female sees herself. I think this course will be very interesting because a good majority of us do have some sort of blog or network website, such as Facebook, Myspace or Twitter, so many of us can relate to it on some level. I also like seeing things from another perspective. Nonetheless, I look forward to seeing what this course has to offer because I think that we can all learn from it and perhaps change our views as a result.

Yours,
Karoline Lee

Introduction

Hello everyone!

My name is Kevin Di Benedetto and I am an undergraduate computer science student at Binghamton University. I intend to continue my studies at Binghamton University as a PHD student. I am half Chinese and half Italian. I know it's a weird mix, my parents may have met at a UN conference. I am excited as to what this course has to offer. I am not a big fan of placing personal information on public domains; this is why I do not have a Facebook, Myspace or Twitter. I get bashed for it all the time, but I digress. I am looking forward to studying with all of you!
