My Favorite Blog

Prior to 2010, I was not a follower of any blogs. However, I began following a few occasionally during the year. My 2 favorite blogs are definitely http://darrenhardy.success.com/ and DownloadSquad.com/Gizmodo.com

I get my news from various websites, as explained in my last blog post, but when it comes to blogs, most of the ones I go to are geared towards technology and software. DownloadSquad and Gizmodo tell me everything I need/want to know about technology in our world today or lead me somewhere better.

I don't read story books or magazines like Sports Illustrated. However, I read books like the new book by Darren Hardy, The Compound Effect. Darren Hardy is the publisher of SUCCESS Magazine. Not only is his latest book eye-opening, but his blog gives many people daily doses of success and motivational tidbits. After reading his book, I came to know of his blog and have been following it ever since. I'm a firm believer of hard work and determination in any endeavor you undertake. However, I know that we would all agree there have been times when we were knocked down and in a bad place. Reading and listening to people like Darren Hardy and Jim Rohn gives me the extra fuel that keeps me going.
