R.I.P. - Revolution in Print

My final project is going to focus on the print media revolution. Has print media (newspapers, magazines, ect.) died? Or do those companies need to adjust to find success again. I will take a stab at some figures that prove that the print media industry has taken a hit and then look into some of the factors and obstacles print media has had to take on. Readership is definitely down and advertisement has made a huge shift from print to web. Most importantly, I have recognized that the main advantage digital media has over print is the timeliness of it. The web provides instant gratification, a factor our country thrives off of. In all, my paper will discuss the rise and fall, and attempts to rise again, while going over the changes and factors print has had to take on.
