In the past year I've become more entrenched in the blogging sensation for instant news and opinions. My favorite blog is without a doubt, the ESPN New York Knicks blog. This blog, featuring posts primarily from ESPN writers Chris Sheridan and Jared Zwlering, covers all aspects of the Knicks season and any Knick related news. I find the blog to be extremely informative as it is constantly posting updates and news regarding one of my favorite teams. The blog has many constants, including a preview for every game as well as a "Rapid Reaction" that analyzes a game once it has ended. The blog also includes many different intriguing features and offerings. Any current league rumors concerning the Knicks are enhanced with personal opinion and further analysis. Random yet interesting statistics are a usual appearance days before an upcoming game which typically compares the Knicks to their opponent. An example of this is when the blog compared the team's overall statistics with and without one of its top players who is currently out with an injury. Being that ESPN is a dominating presence in the sports world, they hold a great deal of resources to provide the reader with the most up to date and precise reporting.
