CNN.com is my favorite online news outlet. The writers of CNN news in my opinion are very talented and informative. The website itself is set-up in an organized and easy to access fashion which is an important part of cyber-news websites. Also, in addition to providing me with all the news that I should know, the information and stories that the website has on it's homepage grasps my attention every time I log onto it. For example, today when I logged onto CNN.com the main stories on the homepage were about the Arizona shootings suspect and a new planet that NASA has found deep into space [1].
Being informed of the news via the internet is important to me because while I am away at Binghamton, between hanging out with my friends and doing my school work, I do not find a lot of time to watch the news on TV. It is convenient for me to quickly go to CNN.com and learn about what is going on in the world around me.
