My name is Jaki Goldner and I am a senior at BU majoring in English, Rhetoric. I am from Westchester County but am spending my winter break down in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, a town nestled between St. Pete and Clearwater. With graduation around the corner, I decided to take this class out of excitement and frustration. The fact that other schools have programs and majors built around Mass Media and Communication and BU does not has really been tough, so when I saw this class, I was quickly surprised and thankful. I am hoping to get my feet wet in this field as a career so I definitely am pumped to really look into this stuff without in a class setting instead of basing my experience off of my own personal interest. I am an avid Twitter user (love it) member on facebook, on the pipe dream staff, so I am confident that some of my knowledge can really lead to some interesting discussion. See ya out there!
