Hello All,
My name is Russell Salzman. I am a senior accounting major from the snow-covered town of Oceanside, New York (Long Island). I've pretty much finished all of my required classes except a few gen-eds, and next semester I have to start preparing for the CPA exam, and so I figured that taking a course over the winter would help lighten my work load in the spring. Of all the courses that I could take over the winter, this one interested me the most, mainly because of the widespread impact that the media has on the international populace. I am greatly looking forward to learning more about a topic that has so much influence over my life and that I still know so little about.
